Faculty Development Program

On the 16th of December, 2025 Dr. Keneivie-u Rhatsu took a session on Teaching Tools. She highlighted about teaching aids being vital because it makes learning clearer, more engaging, and caters to diverse learning styles. Different types of Educational Apps were also made known which has been initiated both by private and government organisations. Discussions and reflections on AI replacing the teachers were also discussed.

Session on NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) accreditation being crucial for Higher Educational Institutions was taken by Ms. Melite-u Chirhah.

 NAAC acting as a benchmark for institutions, guiding students in choosing quality colleges, boosting institutional credibility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching, research, and infrastructure was discussed.
