In alignment with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s National Tele Mental Health
Programme (Tele-MANAS), Unity College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Nagaland,
organised a play titled “Together We Can Live with Love” on 4th November 2025 at the
college lawn. The play aimed to promote awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and
encourage open conversations among the youths. The play was performed by the student
teachers of B.Ed 3rd semester, written and directed by Mr. Uto Chishi, Assistant Professor,
Unity College of Teacher Education. It beautifully conveyed the message that no one should
suffer in silence and that collective empathy can foster a mentally healthy campus. A brief
introduction about the Tele-MANAS was given by Dr. Aribam Pratima Devi, Assistant
Professor, Unity College of Teacher Education. Awareness materials on Tele-MANAS were
also displayed all around the campus.
