Unity College, Department of Teacher Education held orientation program
for 1st Semester student-teachers ( Batch of 2026-2028) on 18th of Auqust, 2026.

The program was held with two different sessions, formal and technical.

The formal session was graced with the presence of Mrs. Viliholi Achumi, Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Lingrijan, who exhorted the changing role of teachers in today’s classroom

In the technical session. the VP/HoD of the Department of Teacher Education, along with the faculty oriented the students on the management, academics, discipline, library, clubs/cells and others relevant information to the students
