On 15th of December 2025, the faculties of UCTE had a Faculty Development Program on the theme “Instructional Planning”, based on creating changes and bringing new norms to instructional planning.
Ms. Ghukali Chophy highlighted the different forms of concept mapping which can be used in lesson planning and predetermining instructional objectives. After the presentation a few minutes of retrospection and query clarification was held to restructure and clarify on the future course of conduct in the instructional lesson planning of the students, while introduction is made on the use of lesson planning.
The second session was taken over by Mrs. Manshom, Asst. professor, UCTE. She highlighted the overview of instructional approaches, methods, strategies and techniques. She had explained on the Teaching Method, Teaching Techniques, Relationship of these strategies as a nested framework. After this session the reflective session was fruitful which clarified doubts among teaching faculties, and redefined the teaching method.
The third session was taken over by Ms. Xukhuli Ayemi, Asst. Professor, UCTE on structure of learning plan on how it should be created and changes to be made from the old one. The session concluded with another reflective session on doubt clarification and restructuring of the Lesson Plan Module.
